JOAN believes that Westminster should pay for the £50m a year that it will cost to get rid of the bedroom tax because it is their mess, and says it would be better if Scotland controlled its own taxes and resources.
WHEN Scots voted to get their own parliament back in 1997, they believed it would protect them from the worst excesses of Westminster.
You cannot get much more excessive than the bedroom tax – excessive in its cruelty, that is.
It has hurt more than 80,000 households across Scotland and most of these have at least one disabled person in the family...
